Improving your Practice, using Outcome Measure tools

Join us for this 90 minute online training webinar led by Lee Atkins, Regional Officer.

The training explores the pursuit of being confident to integrate deliberate practice into your work.

About this training

A proven way to get better results and improve any form of practice, be it playing golf or providing specialist mental health treatment, is by engaging in deliberate practice; while regular practice might include mindless repetitions, deliberate practice requires focused attention and is conducted with the specific goal of improving performance.

Such deliberate practice, in the support for children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing, is supported by the focused use of outcome and feedback monitoring and measuring. This training enables you to understand more about this way of working and how to integrate it into your practice.
