Enhancing mental health and wellbeing outcomes for psychotherapy and counselling through idiographic analysis: A four quadrant approach  

Our Co-Research Lead, Jenna Jacob, recently led some research focused on suggested ways to analyse data from idiographic measures, such as the goal-based outcome tool (GBO).  

In the paper published here, the authors suggest a four-quadrant approach to data analysis, which includes looking at the data to suit different purposes at the individual and service levels. Jenna and her co-authors are hopeful that this paper provides food for thought and guidance on making the most of outcome data.
