Outcome Measures information for families in clinical settings

We were delighted to be asked to support colleagues here at Anna Freud to produce a new leaflet to be shared with young people and their families who are accessing support from the clinical division.

What are outcome measures and why should we fill them in?’ was co-produced with Parent and Young Champions and aims to de-mystify outcome measures and help service users to understand what they are, how to fill them in and the potential benefits for the individual and the service.

We wanted to share the resource with you as it’s been so well received by people accessing support and may inspire other services to consider the information about outcome measures they’re providing to children and families.

You can view the full leaflet here.
