Voluntary and community services webinar

Next month CORC will be running a free 60-90 minute webinar for voluntary and community sector organisations to help them start thinking about how to improve their use of outcome measures and the evidence they create.   

It’s suitable for organisations that are just thinking about using outcome measures, as well as those who’ve been using them for a while.   
 
Topics will include:

• Improving outcome and feedback measurement in your service
• Using data to improve service delivery and service user experience 
• Building staff culture 
• Service user participation

The webinar will be online Tuesday 20 February 14:00 to 15:30.

It is free to representatives of VCS organisations.
