The Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC) requires that payment must be made in full no later than 21 days after any booking is made. Payment must be made in full before the course begins, or admittance will be refused. We reserve the right to reallocate the course place to another delegate if fees are not paid in time.

Transferring courses

It is possible to transfer your booking to a later date provided 14 days are given and there is another course open for booking, there will be a 10% administration charge to do this. If less than 14 days are given you will incur a 50% penalty for late transfer. If no notice is given it will be treated as a cancellation.This option only applies when there is an available space on a future course, and payment must be received before the transfer will take place.

Additionally, this option only applies to delegates wishing to transfer to a different date on the same course. The option to transfer delegates can only be used once, after which any movement will be considered a cancellation and any outstanding invoices will remain due.

Substituting delegates

If you wish to transfer a place on a course to another delegate the first change is free and thereafter there will be a 10% administration charge.Cancelling courses. The following charges will apply if you wish to cancel a course:

21+ working days prior to the event = 10%
1-20 working days prior to the event = 100%

Cancellations must be received in writing or via email to corc@annafreud.org and must contain the full booking details including organisation name, booking and delegate contact details and invoice/receipt number.

CORC reserves the right to change the course or conference content, timing, speakers or venue without notice, although where possible sufficient notice will be provided. In the unlikely event that CORC needs to cancel a course, a full refund will be provided to attendees.
